Terms and Conditions

Northern Services Limited have our own standard Lease that:

• Have to be signed in duplicate, following the supplying of identification.
  
  
• The Lease term is for a minimum of 6months and on a rolling monthly basis until either party gives one months written notice proceding a rent due date.
  
  
• A bond must be paid before occupation.
  
  
• The tenant is responsible for repairs, contents insurance, all services (where provided), including electricity, water, gas and rates.
  
  
• There is no additional service charges.
  
  
• We as your Landlord insure the buildings, however, we can seek reimbursement.
